CarryTab Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to access alcohol-related services in your location. CarryTab may collect date of birth information to support age-gating and venue compliance workflows.

2. What CarryTab Does

CarryTab provides software to track digital tabs, bottle balances, and redemptions across participating venues. CarryTab does not sell, serve, store, or deliver alcohol.

3. Venue Responsibility

• The venue is the seller of alcohol.
• The venue collects payment from the customer unless an enabled payment flow states otherwise.
• The venue is responsible for alcohol-law compliance, ID checks, service refusal, and entry rules.
• Units or tab balances do not guarantee venue entry, service, or reservation rights.

4. Purchases and Units

• You may start a digital tab in the app and redeem remaining units at participating venues.
• Venue staff confirm purchases, balance additions, and redemptions.
• CarryTab records balances as a convenience layer and may rely on venue-side confirmation where disputes arise.

5. Expiry, Refunds, and Changes

• Validity windows are shown in the app and may vary by venue or product rules.
• Refunds, if any, are governed by venue policy and applicable law.
• CarryTab may suspend or limit access to protect users, venues, or the platform.

6. Account and Data

You are responsible for keeping your login and device access secure. By using CarryTab, you agree to the accompanying Privacy Policy and consent flows shown in the app.
